The 2023 Annual General Meeting for Community Pharmacy Swindon and Wiltshire will take place onThursday 21st September at 10am at the BSW ICB Offices, Jenner House, Chippenham. There is also the opportunity to join us online. If you are planning on attending either in person or online, please email admin@cpsw.org.uk to register by Thursday 14th September.
You are entitled to cast one vote for each of the pharmacy contractor premises you have in the Swindon and Wiltshire LPC area. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can cast your vote by completing the voting form below (please note – separate communication has already been sent directly to the relevant managers in CCA companies). Votes cast by this method must be received by 10am on Tuesday 19th September.
