MAKING EVERY CONTACT COUNT (MECC TRAINING)
Free Making Every Contact Count (MECC) training is available in Swindon for Swindon and Wiltshire pharmacy staff.
MECC training supports people to use open conversations skills for everyday brief or very brief interventions, particularly useful when talking to people about their health and wellbeing. You can watch a short promotional video about MECC here.
Please click here to access a free online training module on MECC. You can complete this in your own time and it provides an introduction to MECC and how to use MECC skills in your day to day conversations.
If you wish to build on your learning from the online module, you can also access a free 3 hour virtual interactive online session, where you will have the opportunity to discuss the MECC philosophy and skills with a trained facilitator in a group setting. Please see below poster with more information and the booking links for the training. We recommend that people do the online training before booking on to the 3 hour virtual training course.
