Quality improvement (QI) for pharmacy teams

Feedback from our previous QI series has been fantastic – so why not join our new CPD-accredited introductory series tailored to pharmacy teams which starts on 1 March?  It’ll be held virtually each Tuesday evening for five weeks.

Attendees will gain a basic understanding and practical knowledge of applying QI techniques to real-world pharmacy challenges. We welcome pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and their teams.

Topics include process mapping, data management and the basics for change management.
